As some of you know even though I’ve been dancing and working out all my life I used to struggle with my weight a lot.
I have tried all the diets out there and I never had a problem with exercises. I didn’t even eat fast foods a lot only once in a while but my weight was still high especially compared to my height.
Until I have tried this magical diet!
Well, I wouldn’t really call it a diet since it’s just a well-balanced food which boost your metabolism so even after you start cheating a bit your weight keeps going down.
It really is amazing and I am the proof that it really works!
Today I’ll share with you what I’ve been taught – it’s made from professional as I have been doing this after visiting a doctor – healthy eating professional.
How to Start?
Ok, so for the beginning let me explain whats is it about.
You will eat 5 meals a day & every meal should consist of certain amount of calories.
Of course, you don’t have to count every calorie because it can get very annoying I hate it as well by the way. It basically should just help you to create well-balanced-meal.
For those who don’t know yet. as this chart is written in KJs to get the right number of Calories you’ll just divide the number by 4 and you get the number of calories.
I chose to make it in KJ as that’s how it’s usually shown on the packages so you never get lost.
The other very important thing is to know what your meals should consists of:
Meals made carbs like bread, fruits, cheese, rice, pasta, …. should be eaten only in the morning and latest at lunch-time. It gives you enough energy for the whole day and you’ll be able to lose it during the day.
Meals made of protein like meat, fish, sea food, cottage cheese, vegetables,… should be eaten afternoon.

Here’s an example of how your daily eating plan can look like:
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs & piece of bread + banana / Oatmeal
Snack: Yoghurt + apple
Lunch: Grilled chicken breast + baked potatoes + salad
Snack: Cottage cheese + tomatoes
Dinner: Fish + Grilled Veggies
